I have a text field that is populated (through event code) with a list of errors that are detected when a user tries to sign a form. That list can be long, and I had it designed so that if the list was longer than the height of the text box, then scroll bars would appear next to the text box and the user could scroll through the entire list.
Creating multi line text boxes. I am creating an application form and some of the questions on the form may require for a person to write a little more text than what one text box can provide. If I edit the form and enter text into a multiline text area that exceeds the height of the text area, no scrollbar shows up. Instead, while typing, the text that the user enters simply continues outside of the visual boundaries of the text area.
